On Site Camping
We want our wedding to feel like a music festival, We will have a designated camping area on site. There will be plenty of space for tent camping, and some space for RVs or campers, but no hookups. Please let us know on the RSVP if you are planning on camping and if you are planning on bringing an RV so that we can be sure to have enough space.
Shuttle Schedule
There will be a shuttle Bus to give people rides from Glenwood to The Ceremony at our house. The Bus Schedule:
3:15: Re-1 Bus Barn 27th Street Glenwood*
3:30: Glenwood Spgs Mall*
3:45: New Castle City Market Parking Lot*
4:00: Arrive at Wedding:
*RE-1 Bus Barn- Next to Berthoud Motors
*Glenwood Springs Mall- Pick up at the Front Entrance by Ross
*At the New Castle City Market Parking lot, Meet to the East of the Main entrance near the Church parking lot.
Ore House Inn
We have already booked out this entire Inn, and paid for the rooms. If you need a room to rent, please reach out to Katy or Steven privately. This weekend is going to be very busy in Glenwood and the Hotel room prices are crazy in Glenwood. These were some of the best deals we could find. There are still 2 rooms that are available.
